Principal's Message

Dear Mountain View Preschool Families,

With this year’s theme, “Little Learners, Big Dreams,” I am thrilled to welcome you to the Mountain View Preschool Programs for the 2026–2027 school year!

Our programs are dedicated to academic excellence within a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. We believe in nurturing the whole child and supporting the entire family. Our model goes beyond traditional education by integrating high-quality early learning with comprehensive health, social, and family resources. This year, we continue to use developmentally appropriate practices to build essential pre-literacy and pre-math skills.

Our programs uphold academic excellence while providing a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment where young children and their families have the resources they need to thrive.  Our academic model goes beyond traditional education by integrating early learning with comprehensive health, social, and family support systems.

This year, we continue to align our developmentally appropriate instructional practices to support pre-literacy and pre-math skills in young children. 

We invite you to be active partners in your child's education, serve as positive role models, and hold high expectations for their growth. In return, our dedicated staff will continually challenge ourselves to exceed your expectations.

• Engaging School Spirit: Fun, themed Preschool Spirit Days chosen by our families and staff.
• Attendance Campaign: Monthly in-class student attendance recognition.
• Community Connection: Bi-monthly "Coffee with the Principal" events at our most-voted preschool sites.
• Social-Emotional Support: Monthly Capturing Kids’ Hearts (CKH) home-school connection activities.
• Flexible Learning: Parent and family workshops offered in person, live virtually, or via on-demand recordings.
• Active Involvement: Opportunities to make a difference as a Preschool Programs Parent Volunteer or Parent Leader.
